Want to be a part of the initiative to spread
awareness about Idyllwild and bring in new guests? IDY4U.COM is a non-profit (pending) created specifically for the purpose of
entering into the contractual agreement for the Idyllwild billboards and securing a checking account for that purpose. This is a
volunteer effort and no salaries or wages are paid to any member - only
reimbursements for actual expenses incurred with receipt.

The website IDY4U.COM is owned by IDY4U.COM
a non-profit (pending) for the sole purpose of providing a central, easy to remember, web
presence for display on the billboards. |

Every participating
business will have a listing on this site with a link to your
website.*Businesses must be current on payments to retain their listing. |
|
► |
If you
do not have a web site we can create a page on this site for
you (one-time fee of $25). |

The single page
design will include one business provided photo and a text description of your business
(400 words max) plus contact information (address, PO Box,
phone, etc.). |
|
► |
Sponsored banner ads are available on the home
page of IDY4U.COM for an additional $500 per year. |
|
► |
We simply require
a minimum six month commitment of at least $50 every four weeks.
The initial payment will be $75 per month to include the $1,850
printing and setup fee. |

► |
Two
billboards have been secured for $2,500 every 4 weeks (includes
both billboards). |

Calimesa (just east of Beaumont) |

2) I-215 northbound
around March Air Force Base |

Billboard Prices: The prices we have secured for the billboards was a pretty good deal.
Some locations are between $4,000
and $9,000 each. These two locations have been estimated to reach over 50 million drivers annually. |

All accounting for IDY4U.COM will be entered into spreadsheets.

Each participating business will receive via email:

*A monthly breakdown of participating businesses and amounts due per business to cover billboard expense and a current balance statement.

Please note, your cancelled check acts as an invoice, however, if you would like a written invoice simply send a request.

Billboard companies bill in 4 week increments (not monthly), therefore our billing and invoicing will be on the same schedule - every 4 weeks.

Checks are payable to IDY4U.COM. These invoices/payments can be entered as an advertising expense by participating businesses.
